Gracias Granny also has a catering division specialising in kids’ birthday catering and house party catering.

Gracias Granny is a fast-casual café serving fresh plant-forward food and handcrafted coffee, matcha, and other beverages.

“Gracias” means Thank You in Spanish. So, Gracias Granny is basically us saying “Thank you, grandma!”

Gracias Granny supports dine-in, takeaway, and delivery at all outlets.

Typical preparation time is 8–15 minutes. Peak-hour orders may take longer.

Yes. Large or scheduled orders can be pre-booked by contacting the outlet or by placing a pre-order on our website.

UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept American Express or international cards.

Yes. Combo offers and add-on deals are regularly available and vary by period and outlet. We offer a permanent 15% discount on all take-away orders.

Yes. All preparations at Gracias Granny are vegan by default. This means the sauces and marinades are all free from animal products. Unless you select a non-vegan protein option such as cow’s milk, paneer, or chicken, the food will be plant-based by default.

No. Gracias Granny is plant-forward but not fully vegan. All menu items by default are plant-based, but customers have the choice to choose cow’s milk, paneer, or chicken for some items.

Yes. Jain-friendly options without onion and garlic are available on request. However, for stricter Jains, we recommend calling our outlets ahead of time so that the chefs can address your addedd dietary restrictions.

Yes. Several menu items are naturally gluten-free (such as our nachos and crunchy tacos) or can be customized, but the kitchen is not gluten-free certified and cross-contact may occur.

Yes. Our signature GAGA Box is available at all outlets. Our menu features a dedicated page for Kids’ Specials. Our selection of desserts are also loved by kids.

Some items are on the spicier side, but it would depend on your tolerance. Standard spice levels are moderate. Customers have the option to get our house-made hot sauce added to their items.

Most items at Gracias Granny are prepared fresh to order. All salsas, fajitas, proteins, and salad ingredients are freshly  prepared at every outlet, every day. The only items that are prepared at our central kitchens are our custom marinades and sauces, which are prepared in bulk and frozen to extend their shelf life. We do not use preservatives, instead we rely on freezing as pickling as natural preservation techniques.

The Build-Your-Own section of Gracias Granny’s menu allows customers to modify their meal as they please. However, for other set menu items, customizations are not recommended siince they alter the taste as approved by our head chefs. Within reason, our team accommodates small requests. Complex modifications may be declined, especially during peak hours.

Gracias Granny follows multiple sustainability practices, including plant-forward menu design and the use of paper and bagasse-based packaging for many items

Our delivery packaging is 100% plastic-free, with the exception of plastic film being used on any paper or bagasse products by the manufacturers.

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. If you bring your own container, your packaging charge will be waived.

Yes. Catering is available for small and mid-sized events. We offer meal boxes, buffet deliveries, and live catering with staff.

Typically 48–72 hours minimum. Large events require more notice.
