Mangoes, Matcha, & The Best Summer Menu In Mumbai
The moment March ends, you know what’s coming—the kind of heat that makes you question every life decision that led to you standing at a bus stop at 2 PM. The air gets heavy. The sun gets personal. And somehow, you still have to be a functioning human being.
This is where GG comes in.
We’ve put together what we confidently think is the best summer menu in Mumbai — built for unbearable heat, mango cravings, and long iced coffee afternoons, because we built it around one simple idea: what would actually make this heat bearable? Not just cold things—though yes, very cold things—but the flavours that feel like relief. Raw mango with Tajin. Mosambi foam on espresso. Churros hitting gelato while you sit in the AC and pretend the world outside doesn’t exist.
Mango season is the one good thing Mumbai summer does without being asked. We took it seriously.
The Food
Nachos w/ Fresh Mango Chilli Salsa
Nachos are nachos until you put fresh mango chilli salsa on them. Creamy guac, pickled onions, pumpkin seeds. The kind of starter that makes the table go quiet for a minute.
Sunshine Tacos
House-made tortillas. Tempura protein. Mango chilli salsa, pickled onions, house ranch. Three pieces. Not enough.
Avo Fuego Toast
Chilli oil tahini on guacamole. Mango for sweetness. Pepita seeds for nuttiness. Sourdough underneath all of it. Yes, it’s avocado toast. No, it’s not like any avocado toast you’ve had.

The Drinks
Mumbai Mont Blanc
Melbourne has its version. We made Mumbai’s. Mosambi foam — bright, citrusy, slightly floral — cascading over a double espresso iced americano. The kind of drink you order once and then immediately wonder why you haven’t been drinking this your whole life. The foam is unpredictable. That’s half the fun.
Litchi Coconut Matcha
Coconut water at the base. Mogu mogu lychee and nata de coco floating in the middle. Creamy matcha foam on top. It looks exactly as good as it sounds. Ordered it yet? Good. Order it again.
Salted Brown Butter Coffee
NYC went viral with this. We made it better. Rich, nutty, salted brown butter blended into an oat milk latte. For people who thought they’d had every latte variation possible. You haven’t.
Horchata
Mexico’s beloved rice milk drink — cinnamon, vanilla, our house-made coconut condensed milk — and then mango, because it’s summer and we couldn’t help ourselves. Nothing like it in Mumbai. We checked
The Desserts
Mango Leches Banana Bread
Banana bread soaked in condensed oat milk. Sea salt caramel gelato melting into it at the edges. Ripe mangoes. Whipped cream. Biscoff crumble. Come in for this one. The gelato doesn’t travel. Neither does the moment.
Hibiscus Coconut Gelato
Floral. Lightly tart. Creamy coconut underneath. Topped with crushed coconut chips. The quiet one on the menu that people keep coming back for.
Churro Gelato Sundae
Fresh churros tossed in cinnamon sugar. Two kinds of gelato. Crushed Oreos. Dark chocolate sauce. Hot meeting cold, mess included. Dine-in only. We’re not sorry.
Aam Panna Sorbet with Tajin
Raw mango sorbet. Tart, smoky, cooling. Finished with Tajin. The thela wala kachi keri you grew up on, grown up. Mumbai summer with Mehiiico vibes.
Vanilla Mango Cake
Three layers of vanilla cake. Light cream. Fresh diced mangoes. A leches drizzle to tie it together. Classic, but summer
Come In Before It Melts
The summer menu is here for a limited time — and some of it, like the Churro Gelato Sundae, only exists when you’re actually sitting across from it.
Three locations. Santacruz, Chembur, CBD Belapur. All of them air-conditioned. All of them ready.
